Baseball Expats (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides baseball coverage, commentary, and related content, including written articles, audio/video content, newsletters, and community features.

Unless stated otherwise, the Service and its content (articles, graphics, logos, audio/video, trademarks) are owned by or licensed to Baseball Expats and protected by intellectual property laws.

• Use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

4. Content Submission  

If you submit content to us (messages, comments, questions, audio notes, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that content for operating and promoting Baseball Expats (unless you request otherwise and we agree).

You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may include links to third-party sites and embedded players (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

6. Disclaimers 

Baseball Expats provides commentary and information for general purposes. We don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Opinions are our own and may change.

Betting/odds content: Any picks, tips, or betting discussion are not financial advice. If you gamble, do so responsibly and within the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baseball Expats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
