Spoon is the baby of the group and the only one who isn’t technically an expat… though he’s rarely in the same place for longer than about 72 hours, so we’ve basically adopted him as an honorary one. A diehard Diamondbacks (and Arizona sports) believer despite growing up in Adelaide — the Arizona of Australia, depending on who you ask — Spoon sees the game differently. He breaks baseball down with a rare feel for what actually matters, lives for the next “most important 10 days in D-backs history,” and is the man behind the curtain for the Destiny Draft.
